  • Drive organic growth by identifying and converting opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Partner on new business opportunities, including proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Ensure programs are strategically relevant, scientifically sound, on time, and financially successful.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Directors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, resourcing, profitability, and continued business growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of medical education experience, including 5+ years in senior-level account or client leadership.
  • Strong Promotional Medical Education experience supporting pharmaceutical clients.
  • Experience leading KOL engagements, peer-to-peer programming, and HCP initiatives.
  • Proven success managing a P&L and significant book of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and develop new client opportunities.
  • Strong relationships with senior pharmaceutical client decision-makers.
  • Experience leading proposals, pitches, and strategic client presentations.
  • Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 30%.

This is an opportunity to have real ownership and influence.

You’ll lead important client partnerships, shape the direction of a meaningful portfolio, develop talented teams, and play a direct role in growing our Promotional Medical Education business.
