Senior Research Analyst – Strategic Market Access 

Location: Rotterdam, NL Hybrid – In office 2-3 times per week and must reside within a commutable distance from the Rotterdam Office

Job Summary:

Our Senior Research Analyst Strategic Market Access is an essential contributor to our team, and is responsible for supporting the delivery of HTA dossiers and other strategic deliverables in the Netherlands as well as global market access deliverables.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the development of deliverables for Dutch HTA submission projects such as:
    • Developing pharmacotherapeutic dossiers
    • Developing materials for Dutch payer advisor boards
    • HTA landscape assessments and strategy development
    • Conducting budget impact analysis to support HTA submissions
    • Adapting global health economic models to the local Dutch setting and conducting cost-effectiveness analyses
    • Developing pharmacoeconomic dossiers
  • Participating in evidence synthesis and value communication projects
  • Supporting with requests for proposals and supporting the growth of the business
  • Supporting the development of, implementation, and maintenance of internal processes and quality standards
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field
  • Contributing to thought leadership and publications

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in any relevant science, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics
  • 2-3 Years experience within the field of HTA and market access
  • Experience with the development of Dutch HTA dossiers is preferred.
  • Dutch mother tongue and fluency in English
  • Solid analytical and statistical understanding with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly describe disease characteristics, current treatments, clinical evidence, and health economic outcomes in a dossier
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, ensuring that expectations are exceeded
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Dutch and English
  • Excellent Problem solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Team player, but also able to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Travel Requirements 

  • 10% potential global travel
