Senior Project Services Manager- SMA

Location: Rotterdam NL-Hybrid

Job Summary

Our Senior Project Services Managers-SMA play an essential role in driving operational excellence across the Global Strategic Market Access (SMA) team within Evidence & Access. This role focuses on delivering high-quality project administration, operational support, onboarding coordination, and contract management. You will serve as the go-to person for internal processes, documentation, and communication, ensuring that both new and established team members can work efficiently and effectively in a structured environment. Your strong organizational and interpersonal skills will be key to enhancing team operations and maintaining client service quality.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive administrative support to project leads, including maintaining SAP project records and organizing weekly admin check-ins
  • Monitoring project invoicing and revenue status, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in revenue tracking
  • Supporting smooth internal operations by acting as the first point of contact for cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new team members, including scheduling induction sessions and ensuring completion of required training modules
  • Managing the setup and review of project agreements, including statements of work and contracts with external partners or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Collaborating with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal processes
  • Organizing and minuting central team meetings such as SMA senior meetings, and planning team-building activities and internal events
  • Representing the Project Services team in leadership discussions, ERP implementations, and workflow improvement initiatives
  • Coordinating access to external suppliers and managing related accounts on behalf of SMA team members
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of project and operational workflows

 

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project support, operations, within consulting or professional services
  • Proficient in SAP required and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Knowledge of contract management processes and familiarity with legal documentation

 

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required for internal team meetings or events, depending on location

 

Hybrid: M-F Role 2-3 days onsite Rotterdam, NL office and other days remote
