Senior Director, Growth Operations

Job Summary
Our Senior Directors play a pivotal role in scaling the commercial infrastructure that fuels OPEN Health’s growth. As the Senior Director, Growth Operations, you will lead the strategy and execution of our commercial operations — enabling business development and client teams with the tools, insights, and processes they need to win more, grow faster, and operate smarter.
You will own Salesforce and other core technologies, drive sales process discipline, and bring data-driven insights to leadership. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with global leaders across Business Development, Client Services, Marketing, and Technology to ensure our commercial execution aligns with strategic priorities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serving as the strategic business owner of Salesforce, optimizing system configuration, workflows, and user adoption to enable commercial excellence
- Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics that improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and leadership decision-making
- Defining and embedding standardized sales processes from lead generation to opportunity closure, ensuring consistency and scalability across teams
- Developing sales playbooks, proposal templates, and enablement tools that support efficient and high-impact business development activities
- Driving forecasting discipline and pipeline health by tracking key performance metrics, analyzing trends, and enabling resource planning
- Implementing AI and automation tools to enhance opportunity targeting, client insights, and proposal development workflows
- Collaborating with Business Development, Global Client Partners, and Marketing to align commercial execution with strategic growth priorities
- Analyzing win/loss outcomes and client feedback to identify growth levers, improve proposal effectiveness, and guide pricing strategies
- Managing a cross-functional team of Salesforce admins, analysts, and proposal specialists to deliver efficient and accurate commercial support
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and collaboration across all commercial functions
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, MBA, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific, medical, commercial, or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Enablement, ideally within life sciences or professional services
- Proven track record of leading commercial infrastructure development and driving measurable revenue impact
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, reporting, and driving adoption across global teams
- Strong understanding of sales process design, enablement strategies, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with applying AI and digital tools to commercial processes, including CRM, analytics, and proposal workflows
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and business recommendations
- Executive presence with confidence to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across the organization
- Experience navigating procurement dynamics and commercial contracting in pharma/biotech (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while fostering collaboration and alignment
