Senior Director - Strategic Market Access – Value Communications

Remote Role: US

 

Job Summary:

Our Senior Director, Strategic Market Access – Value Communications, is an essential contributor to our team.  They enjoy working across various projects with responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs. They lead projects in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, global organization, focusing on developing value communication deliverables [e.g., Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers, global value dossier (GVD), objection handlers, and payer communication tools] and engaging in global market access deliverables. The role is intended to support work across all countries but will spend much of their time focusing on the US market specifically.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Value Communications line of business
  • Conducting/leading Value Communications projects such as AMCP dossiers, GVD, value proposition development and testing, objection handlers, and payer communication tools
  • Performing quality control of project deliverables
  • Guiding and mentoring junior staff on Value Communications projects
  • Adhering to project budgets and timelines
  • Leading/supporting client interactions and outreach to ensure client satisfaction
  • Leading/supporting with proposal development and supporting the growth of the Value Communications line of business, with a focus on the US market, through the development of strong client relationships
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal processes and quality standards
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field
  • Contributing to thought leadership and publications

 

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Master's Degree, PhD, or PharmD in any relevant science, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics
  • At least 10 years of experience in Value Communications in the pharmaceutical or healthcare consulting industry
  • Significant hands-on experience with developing Value Communication projects, such as AMCP dossiers, GVD, value proposition development and testing, objection handlers, and payer communication tools
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Solid analytical and statistical understanding with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, ensuring that expectations are exceeded
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
  • Team player, but also able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Remote role
