Research Consultant– Strategic Market Access (SLR focus)

Remote or Hybrid - UK/NL/DE  

Job Summary:

Our Research Consultants are essential contributors to our team. They work across various projects and own specific projects, deliverables, and timelines. You will lead and coach people in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, global organization, focusing primarily on systematic and targeted literature reviews and secondarily on other strategic market access deliverables.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Guiding and mentoring consultants primarily on literature reviews, and other evidence synthesis deliverables while also performing quality control of project deliverables
  • Contributing to other strategic market access projects such as value communication, HTA and strategy development, and performing quality control of these project deliverables
  • Adhering to project budgets and timelines
  • Participating in client interactions and outreach to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contributing to proposals and supporting the growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field
  • Contributing to thought leadership and publications

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in any relevant science, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health  Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics
  • Significant experience within the field of HTA and market access
  • Considerable experience in leading literature reviews (systematic and targeted)
  • Experience leading other evidence synthesis projects, including feasibility assessments
  • Experience with contributing to value communication projects, such as global value dossiers, value proposition development and testing, objection handlers, payer communication tools 
  • Solid analytical and statistical understanding with keen attention to detail 
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, ensuring that expectations are exceeded 
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Team player, but also able to work independently 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Travel Requirements

  •  10% potential global travel
