Research Analyst-Value Communication Focused

Location: Remote US

Job Summary

Our Research Analysts/Senior Research Analysts in the Strategic Market Access team are expected to work with other analysts and consultants to deliver a range of evidence-generation and strategic projects to support OPEN Health’s clients who positively impact science, medicine, and patients’ lives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating and drafting scientifically accurate, fully referenced project deliverables, appropriate to the target audience and under the guidance of senior team members including publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts), dossiers (AMCP, core/global value), value decks, and reports
  • Supporting and developing compelling slide decks that identify actionable insights
  • Creating and managing reference/citation databases using various software packages
  • Supporting senior team members with project management tasks including client communication, project timelines, and project financials
  • Supporting senior team members in proposal development and building and fostering strong client relationships

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in health policy, public health, health services research, health administration, health economics, or any other related sciences
  • 1-3 years experience in market access or value communications developing content for publications, dossiers (AMCP or Global/Core Value Dossiers, HTA assessments), value decks, objection handlers, and/or other payer communication tools, and participating in systematic or targeted literature reviews
  • Experience in developing visually focused  AMCP Dossier or Global/Core Value Dossier content; value slide decks  , and other types of value communication deliverables is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality written materials
  • Solid understanding of different payer archetypes, health technology assessment, and market access
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities to ensure deadlines are kept and expectations are exceeded
  • Experience with referencing software (Endnote)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel Requirements

  • 5%-10% potential global travel
