Job Description:

Outbound Growth Coordinator/Associate Manager

Location: Remote (US or UK)

Role Summary

The Outbound Growth Coordinator/Associate Manager is a hands-on member of OPEN Health's outbound congress program, supporting campaign operations, CRM management, and personalized outreach that turn the global congress calendar into qualified meetings and new pipeline for our commercial teams.

You will execute outreach for assigned campaigns from start to finish, from target identification and personalized multi-channel outreach through meeting confirmation, hand-off, and post-congress follow-up. Working across a mix of therapeutic areas and buyer functions, including commercial and marketing, medical affairs, and market access, you will help secure meetings for Global Client Partners, Practice BD Leads, and senior leadership, and work with them to tailor messaging so every touch is relevant to the buyer.

You will work daily in Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, supporting the CRM and campaign build behind your outreach: keeping records clean, enriched, and deduplicated, and building highly personalized campaigns at scale using merge fields and custom tokens. You will work closely with Outbound Growth Operations on targeting, workflow automation, and performance reporting so that every meeting and opportunity you support is tracked accurately in a single source of truth. During surge periods, you will flex to support other outbound campaigns, including contact mapping and outreach into priority accounts.

You will report to, and work hand in hand with, the Senior Director, Client Engagement, who sets campaign priorities and the congress calendar, owns the standard campaign workflow, and aligns with GCPs and Practice BD Leads on account priorities and outreach hooks before each campaign launches. Through weekly 1:1s and the team's operational stand-up, the Senior Director will coach you, help remove blockers, and support your development as the outbound function grows.

You will bring the same continuous-improvement mindset OPEN Health expects of every team member, using AI tools and simple workflows to speed up research, personalization, and follow-up, and sharing what works with the wider outbound team.

This role is a fit for an organized, detail-oriented early-career professional who is comfortable in the CRM, enjoys the pace of the congress calendar, wants to see their work show up in meetings booked and pipeline created, and is eager to grow with a new outbound growth function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Congress campaign execution

Support outbound execution for assigned congress campaigns across a mix of therapeutic areas and functions. Following the campaign priorities, congress calendar, and standard campaign workflow set by the Senior Director, Client Engagement, work with Outbound Growth Operations on targeting, then build, configure, and launch personalized, multi-channel outreach to secure qualified meetings with decision-makers in commercial and marketing, medical affairs, and market access. Coordinate the meeting lifecycle from first touch through scheduling, confirmation, and reminders, and keep congress meeting trackers current so the team always knows what is booked and what is still in play. Provide onsite support at select congresses as needed.

Campaign build and personalization at scale

Build and configure outbound campaigns in Apollo and Salesforce, creating highly personalized, multi-step sequences using merge fields, custom tokens, and dynamic content tied to each contact's role, function, therapeutic area, asset, and congress activity. Help maintain a library of tokenized campaign templates segmented by congress, practice area, and buyer persona. Work with Outbound Growth Operations to QA every token and merge before launch so no message goes out with a broken or generic field, and help document the build process so new campaigns can be set up quickly and consistently.

Meeting hand-off and stakeholder partnership

Help connect outbound activity with the people who carry the conversation. Prepare short briefs for Global Client Partners, Practice BD Leads, and senior leaders ahead of each meeting with context on the account, the attendee, and why they agreed to meet. Using the account priorities and outreach hooks the Senior Director agrees with GCPs and Practice BD Leads ahead of each congress, help draft and refine outreach messaging so it reflects OPEN Health's capabilities and each buyer's priorities, and confirm who owns each next step.

Post-congress follow-up and pipeline conversion

Run structured follow-up after every congress, sending timely, personalized outreach to missed contacts to help convert conversations into next meetings and opportunities. Work with meeting owners to capture outcomes, and contribute to the post-congress retrospectives led by the Senior Director on what launched on time, what slipped, and what converted.

CRM management and pipeline tracking

Maintain CRM data quality for your campaigns: build, segment, and maintain target account and contact lists in Salesforce and Apollo, with a focus on data accuracy, deduplication, enrichment, and compliance with data governance standards. Handle list uploads, enrichment QA, and data hand-off into campaign sequences so every campaign launches with clean, verified data. Log all outreach, meetings, and outcomes in Salesforce in line with data capture standards and taxonomy so activity is accurately attributed to the campaign that generated it, and create and update leads, contacts, and opportunities as conversations progress. Support Outbound Growth Operations on performance readouts and review results with the Senior Director in weekly 1:1s and stand-ups, using them to adjust targeting and messaging on active campaigns.

Campaign surge support

During surge periods, flex to support account and service line-based campaigns alongside GCPs and practice teams. The Senior Director will prioritize surge accounts with GCPs and Practice BD Leads and provide a starting view of existing client relationships for you to build from. Help build and maintain account maps for priority accounts, identifying key stakeholders and relationships across functions, and run outreach into those accounts to open new conversations.

Outreach optimization and continuous improvement

Look for ways to improve your outreach based on what is converting. Help test messaging, timing, and channel mix on active campaigns, and share learnings with the outbound team. Flag manual steps or friction in the outreach process to Outbound Growth Operations and the Senior Director, and contribute ideas to the campaign workflows and playbooks the team works from.

AI-enabled outreach

Use AI tools and simple workflows to speed up prospect research, personalization, meeting preparation, and follow-up. Refine your prompts and workflows over time, share useful tips with the outbound team, and flag opportunities for automation to Outbound Growth Operations.

General commercial growth support

Bring a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to OPEN Health's broader growth agenda. As capacity allows, support Global Client Partners and Practice BD Leads on account-level priorities, prospecting outside the congress calendar, and other outbound initiatives as priorities shift.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales or marketing operations, growth operations, or demand generation, with hands-on exposure to outbound campaign execution, ideally in healthcare communications, life sciences, or a related professional services or agency setting
  • Hands-on experience managing a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred), including building and managing target lists, enrichment workflows, deduplication, and data quality processes
  • Experience building and launching highly personalized outbound campaigns at scale in sequencing tools, including merge fields, custom tokens, and dynamic content

Skills

  • Daily, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, including CRM management tasks such as data imports, list and view management, field hygiene, and reporting, plus outbound tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Active use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) to research, personalize, and scale outreach, and a willingness to teach others
  • Strong written communication, with the ability to write concise, tokenized outreach templates that read as one-to-one at scale and earn a response from senior pharma and biotech stakeholders
  • Comfort with campaign metrics: pulling reports, reviewing response and conversion data, and spotting what is and isn't working
  • Understanding of pharma and biotech buyer functions, including commercial and marketing, medical affairs, and market access, and the ability to tailor messaging to each
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent campaigns without letting follow-ups slip
  • Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and asking questions to get things right

Great fit if

  • You enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that makes great outreach possible: clean data, smart segmentation, and messages that feel one-to-one at scale
  • You see a messy CRM record or a broken merge field as something worth fixing properly, not just patching for this campaign
  • You like seeing your work show up in meetings booked and pipeline created
  • You are already using AI tools in your day-to-day work and are excited to build on that
  • You are curious about how AI is changing commercial work and want to grow your skills in healthcare communications
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep several campaigns moving at once
  • You are eager to learn, take feedback well, and keep momentum when response rates dip or timelines tighten
