Senior Brand & Communications Executive

Role Overview
The Brand & Communications Manager plays a central role in supporting and activating a clear, confident enterprise story for OPEN Health at a pivotal stage of our growth and evolution.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, narrative, and visibility, this role translates our brand platform into compelling communications that drive alignment internally and impact externally. Working closely with senior leadership and across practices, the role will help communicate how OPEN Health is positioned.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the next phase of OPEN Health’s brand and communications—building clarity, consistency, and cut-through in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Narrative Development
- Help shape and evolve the OPEN Health brand platform, ensuring consistency and clarity across all outputs
- Translate complex strategic priorities into clear, compelling, and audience-relevant narratives
- Maintain and continuously improve brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
- Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and approaches (OPEN Intelligence) to enhance content development and delivery
Internal Communications & Engagement
- Plan and deliver internal communications that inform, engage, and align employees to strategy and priorities
- Support enterprise initiatives and functions with clear, structured communications
- Partner with Practices and central functions to drive clarity and connection across the organization
External Communications & Visibility
- Support external communications across digital, social, and owned channels
- Support thought leadership programs, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and consistent quality
- Contribute to key corporate materials including website content, credentials, and campaigns
Practice & Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a BrandComms partner to designated practices or functions, supporting planning and delivery of communications activity
- Translate business priorities into clear communication plans and outputs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact
Campaigns & Content Delivery
- Lead and support integrated communications campaigns from concept through execution
- Create high-quality written content across formats (presentations, articles, posts, scripts)
- Ensure content is audience-focused, outcome-driven, and aligned to brand standards

Strategic Thinking & Storytelling
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience developing messaging and communications
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how communications drives business outcomes
Project Execution & Content Excellence
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills to deliver high-quality content across multiple formats and channels within the given timeframe
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace without compromising quality
- Proactively utilise AI tools to aid content creation in line with company processes and requirements Proactive ability to augment their role with AI tools
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Experience & Background
- Relevant experience in brand, communications, or marketing roles (agency or in-house
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or complex professional services environments preferred
- Familiarity with digital, social, and internal communications channels and tools
Travel Requirements
- Some national/international travel may be required to manage OPEN Health presence at industry congresses
