Director, People Team

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused Director, People to join our People Team, supporting a fast-paced international business across the UK, US and EU. This high-impact role will lead complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders.
You will partner across the employee lifecycle, working closely with recruitment, L&D and reward, while managing a high-volume caseload with strong judgement and attention to detail. A key focus will be coaching managers and providing clear, pragmatic guidance on people matters.
The ideal candidate brings strong international ER experience covering the US, UK and ideally some EU , is comfortable working with ambiguity, and can balance risk with commercial outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. This role suits someone hands-on, pace-driven, and motivated by delivering practical people solutions in a complex global environment.
