Job Summary

OPEN Health is hiring across multiple levels within Project Management for our Promotional Medical Education team. We welcome candidates whose experience aligns with the Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager level. The final title and scope will be determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the interview process.

Our Project Management team drives the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare professional-focused promotional education programs. Team members work across account management, scientific, editorial, creative, operations, and vendor partners to coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, protect quality, and support strong client service from project inception through completion.

Success in this role requires experience supporting healthcare professional-focused promotional medical education programs, including peer-to-peer initiatives, content development, advisory boards, speaker training meetings, key opinion leader engagements, executive encounters, podcasts, and other HCP educational formats.

Scope will align to the level at which the candidate is hired. Associate Project Managers build independent ownership across a defined portfolio, Project Managers lead more complex programs with greater financial accountability, and Senior Project Managers oversee broader portfolios while guiding teams, strengthening delivery, and identifying account-level improvements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own and drive a portfolio of promotional medical education projects from inception through delivery, with project volume and complexity aligned to level and scope

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone targets, status reports, budgets, and financial tracking

• Delegate and track project tasks, ensuring responsibilities are clear and deliverables are completed on time and to expected standards

• Perform quality control throughout development and execution, including review of project documentation and deliverables

• Adjust schedules, resources, and targets as project needs, scope, or financing change

• Reconcile projects in a timely manner and support accurate client financial reporting and overall account profitability

• Identify connections across projects and recommend practical efficiencies, process improvements, and better ways of working

• Support proposal and budget development for educational programs, as needed

• Contribute to additional account and project needs, which may include literature searches, meeting agendas, pitch support, and review of meeting recaps
