Associate Project Manager-Strategic Market Access

Job Summary:

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting scientific project leads to ensure timely delivery of a broad range of market access deliverables to meet project and budget specifications and quality standards. They are jointly responsible with project leads for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting with project kick off, set up, planning, and team briefing
  • Managing project timelines and tracking activities for client deliverables, alongside project delivery teams
  • Preparing project meeting agendas, slides and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the financial aspects of project delivery, including budget tracking, client invoicing and supplier procurement
  • Supporting project leads with stakeholder communications and project documentation management
  • Supporting project leads to ensure that OPEN Health processes are adhered to

 

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Graduate or relevant healthcare qualification
  • Working knowledge of the UK, EU, and Global healthcare environments to support project delivery
  • Proven track record of efficient junior-level project management or project coordination from inception through to delivery
  • Experience working in market access in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is preferred
  • Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to balance shifting priorities to ensure that timelines and objectives are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams)
  • Willingness to learn new technical processes and work with emerging AI tools

 

Travel Requirements

  • 10% Potential Global Travel
